Please refer to the availability calendar to check if we are available on your delivery date. However, TA's (Travel Advisors) do not need to worry about booking a delivery time. Once we receive your order, we will take care of booking a time for you. In case you find that we are not available on your preferred date, kindly reach out to us and we will let you know if we can still deliver your gift.

New services and Options

We have added several new gifts and a new service to help you notify your guests of their delivery.

A new field in the order form asks you for your client’s telephone number to have a text sent to them for notification of your delivery.

If interested, please add your client’s number to the field, and after delivery, they will receive a text stating that their gift is waiting for them.

The primary text message states: (may change depending on where the gift needs to be left)

“Happy Vacation! This is Magical Vacation Services to inform you that a gift has been left at the Front Desk, especially for you! Please get in touch with the front desk at your earliest convenience or after you arrive to arrange pick up or delivery. Have a wonderful trip!'“

How does our giftsing service work?

Magical Vacation Services makes it easy!

Decide which gift you would like to order for your client.

To purchase, simply add the item to your cart. During checkout, we will ask for basic information such as the guest's name and resort. We will also create a personalized card for you. Please provide us with the necessary details such as your name or agency, and a note if you wish to add one. If you don't have any specific message, we have a standard note that can be included and it's shown on the right-hand side for your reference.

Surprise your clients with gifts that come with no hidden charges! We're proud to say that the delivery fees are already included in the price of your gift. So you can rest assured that you're getting the best deal possible, without having to worry about any extra fees.

We want to make sure your gift gets to your guest at their chosen resort, so we'll be delivering it right to the Front Desk. To make sure they get it, please let them know to check for a gift waiting for them there. It's always a good idea to give them a heads up, since each resort has its own way of handling deliveries.

We promise to have your gift delivered by 7:00 PM on the day you've chosen, but we understand that sometimes things can get a little hectic. If you would like your guest to receive their gift at a specific time on the day they arrive, we suggest scheduling the delivery for the day before. That way, it will be waiting for them when they get there.

You do not need to fill out shipping information on the final page after submitting each gift. Those fields are optional for Travel Agent gifts to save time and make the process more efficient. You only need to input the information once, so if you have multiple resort deliveries, you can purchase all gifts from one order. Trust me, this will make the process much smoother.
